淋球菌基因探针新进展 被引量:2

摘要 本文综述了现今文献中涉及的所有检测淋球菌的基因探针后,认为染色体上限制性内切酶MboⅠ特异性DNA片段、隐蔽性质粒上cppB基因和16S rRNA基因中特异的rDNA三个探针为较理想的特异性鉴定淋球菌的探针,这将有利于临床上快速、准确诊断淋病。
