糖肾清I号治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical effect of TangshenqingⅠon diabetic nephropathy

[目的]通过临床分组对比研究自拟中药方剂糖肾清I号治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。[方法]40例糖尿病肾病随机分为开搏通治疗组(A组)及糖肾清治疗组(B组),在开搏通等基础治疗上 ,B组加用糖肾清I号2个疗程 ,治疗前后检测血糖、血脂、血肌酐、血尿素氮、肌酐清除率、β2-微球蛋白、24h尿白蛋白、24h尿蛋白等指标 ,并做上述结果的均数比较及t检验。[结果]糖肾清及开搏通组 ,均可使早期DN尿微量蛋白及临床期DN尿蛋白下降 (P<0.05) ,但糖肾清组疗效好于开搏通组 (P<0.01)。糖肾清可使早期DN肌酐清除率下降 (P<0.05) ,使临床期DN肌酐清除率上升 (P<0.05) ;使临床期DN随机尿β2 -MG下降 (P<0.05) ;降低早期及临床期DN的胆固醇及甘油三酯 ,并可升高高密度脂蛋白 (P<0.05)。

To research the therapeutic effect of TangshenqingⅠon diabetic nephropathy(DN).Forty patients were divided into group A(given Captopril)and group B(given Captopril and TangshenqingⅠ)randomly.Before and after treatment blood sugar,blood-lipid,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate(Cr),β 2 -microglobulin(β 2 -MG),urinary albumin/24h and urinary protein/24h were detected.t_test was used for statistic analyˉsis.Early urinary microprotein and clinical urinary protein of DN were lowered in both groups(P<0.05)and more obvious in group B(P<0.01).TangshenqingⅠcould decrease Cr at early stage(P<0.05).It could also lower cholesterol,triglyceride and enhance HDL concentration(high density lipoprotein)(P<0.05).[Conclusion]TangshenqingⅠassociated with basic treatment Captopril has a better effect than basic treatment only.
