Toxicologic study of Changyanling I enema

[目的]观察肠炎灵Ⅰ号灌肠液的安全性。[方法]通过动物实验 ,检测并观察其对实验动物的一般状态、行为、体质量、血常规、尿常规、生化指标、脏器组织学的影响。[结果]肠炎灵Ⅰ号对实验动物各系统无急、慢性毒性作用。[结论]肠炎灵Ⅰ号灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎安全可靠。

To observe the safety of Changyanling I enema.The influence of mices ordinary condition,behavior,weight,blood routine test,urinary routine test,biochemical examination and the histology of organs was deˉtected.Changyanling I had no acute or chronic toxic effect on the mice.[Conclusion]It is safe and reliable to treat ulcerative colitis with Changyanling I.
