摘要
目的 :观察氟伐他汀 (Fluvastatin)对离体培养的大鼠气道平滑肌 (AirwaySmoothMuscleCell,ASMC)增生的影响 .方法 :MTT法及细胞计数检测体外培养的ASMC的增生 .结果 :氟伐他汀对于由血清和组织胺刺激引起的ASMC增生均具有抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,1× 10 5mol·L-1浓度的氟伐他汀对ASMC的增生的抑制率达 2 0 %以上 ,而 1× 10 -4mol·L-1浓度的氟伐他汀则可完全抑制ASMC的增生 .结论 :氟伐他汀可抑制ASMC的增生 。
AIM: To study the effects of fluvastatin, a new synthetic inhibitor of 3-hydrox-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase, on the proliferation of airway smooth muscle cell (ASMC) from rats. METHODS: MTT and cell growth counts were used to analyze the effects of fluvastatin on the proliferation of ASMC. RESULTS: Fluvastatin inhibited the proliferation of ASMC stimulated by fetal calf serum or histamine. The inhibitory rate of the proliferation of ASMC was above 20% or 100% when the concentrations of fluvastatin were 10 -5 mol· L -1 or 10 -4 mol·L -1 and there was a concentration-dependent decrease in the proliferation of rat ASMC. CONCLUSION: Fluvastatin can inhibit ASMC proliferation either stimulated by fetal calf serum or histamine.
