摘要
目的 :构建抗人卵巢癌全套单链抗体基因噬菌体表面呈现文库 .方法 :利用噬菌体表面呈现技术 ,构建基因文库 ,经过panning筛选富集后 ,用ELISA方法检验抗原结合活性 .结果 :从单个噬菌体克隆中筛选到 2 6个具有抗原结合活性的阳性克隆 .结论
AIM: To construct the phage display library of anti human ovarian cancer single chain Fv antibody. METHODS: The ScFv gene library was constructed by phage display technology. The affinity to antigen was detected by ELISA after panning. RESULTS: Twenty six antigen binding clones were identified from 94 individual phagemid clones. CONCLUSION: In the production of engineering antibodies against human cancer, this strategy may provide an alternative approach.
