摘要
目的 探讨电针对雄性生殖功能影响的作用机制。方法 观察电针关元、气海、大赫和三阴交对大鼠醋酸氢化可的松模型黄体生成素 (L H )、睾酮 (T)及睾丸组织学的影响 ,用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定血 LH和 T含量 ,组织切片 HE染色进行睾丸组织学观察。结果 模型动物出现血 T明显下降为 4.5 0± 3.87ng/dl(P<0 .0 5 ) ,L H升高为 3.68± 3.75 ng/L。睾丸生精细胞分层数显著降低。电针后实验动物血 L H水平 (5 .48± 2 .77ng/L)比模型组明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血 T水平虽有升高趋势 (5 .37± 5 .2 1ng/dl) ,但差异无统计学意义。睾丸生精细胞分层数增加明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 电针可能通过升高机体 LH和 T水平 。
Objective To explore the action mechanism of electroacupuncture on male reproduction. Methods The acupoints Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), bilateral Dahe (KI 12) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) were electrically needled in rats dealt with hydrocortisone acetate; radioimmunoassay was used to measure the contents of blood LH and testosterone (T), and the testicle was histologically examined through tissue slice and HE staining. Results In the modeling rats the content of testosterone fell to 4.50±3.87ng/dl ( P <0.05), and LH elevated to 3.68±3.75ng/L; the stratification of spermatogenic cells reduced obviously. After electroacupuncture, the content of LH elevated to 5.48±2.77ng/L, higher than that of modeling animals ( P <0.05); the content of testosterone tended to elevate, but with no significant difference; the stratification of spermatogenic cells increased significantly ( P <0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture may increase the contents of LH and T to improve the reproductive function.
