IL-10对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜基质炎抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )在复发性单纯疱疹性角膜基质炎 (SK)中的作用。方法 采用复发性单纯疱疹性SK的BALB/c鼠模型 ,用紫外线B光照射鼠的角膜诱导SK复发。自紫外线照射角膜之前的 6h开始 ,向鼠的角膜内注射重组IL 10 10ng ,共 7次 ,观察IL 10对复发性SK的影响。 结果 IL 10减轻了复发性SK的角膜混浊程度 ,减少了角膜内炎性细胞浸润 ,降低了角膜内IL 1α和IL 6的含量。IL 10没有影响SK的复发率、角膜病毒滴度及迟发型超敏反应。结论 IL 10能抑制角膜细胞产生某些细胞因子 ;IL 10能抑制复发性单纯疱疹性SK的发展。 ObjectiveTo investigate the role of interleukin 10 (IL 10) on the recurrent herpetic stromal keratitis(SK).MethodsIn a recurrent SK BALB/c mouse model,murine rIL 10 was injected intracorneally at 6 h before UV B stimulated herpes simplex virus reactivation and followed injection of IL 10 on day 0,+2,+4,+7,+10,+14.The effects of IL 10 on recurrence of SK were evaluated.ResultsIn the IL 10 treated animals,corneal stromal opacification was reduced,and extensive cellular infiltration attenuated in cornea.Examination of the proinflammatory cytokine levels in the cornea on 10 days after reactivation revealed that the levels of IL 1α and IL 6 expression were lower than those of controls.The IL 10 did not suppress the viral reactivation and delayed hyperaction after UV B irradiation.Conclusions IL 10 can suppress the expression of certain cytokines produced by corneal cells and minimize corneal inflammation.
