Detection of TNF-α,IL-1β and NO in Sera of Patients with Intestinal Amoebiasis

分别收集 2 0例肠阿米巴病患者和健康志愿者血清 ,用试剂盒分别检测血清 TNF-α、IL - 1β和 NO水平 ,结果显示肠阿米巴病患者血清 NO和 IL - 1β水平显著升高 ,TNF-α水平轻微升高 ,说明 NO和 IL -
In order to detect TNF α, IL 1βand NO in sera of patients with intestinal amoebiasis,20 sera of those patients and health volunteers were gathered to detect levels of TNF α, IL 1β and NO by kits respectively. Results showed NO and IL 1β obviouisly increased, but TNF α slightly did so. It's concluded that NO and IL 1β play important roles in cytotoxicity of hosts against Entamoeba histolytica.
