三苯双脒对钩虫超微结构的影响

Effect of Tribendimidine on the Ultrastructure of Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus

应用透射电镜观察了用三苯双脒在人体驱出的十二指肠钩虫和美洲钩虫的超微结构变化 ,结果显示三苯双脒4 0 0 mg顿服对两种钩虫的体壁、肠管及卵巢的细胞膜、细胞核及多种细胞器均有明显的破坏作用 。

Using transmission electron microscopy to observe the ultrastructures of Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus, the worms were obtained from human izfections treated with Tribendimidine. The results shown that damages in different tissues of the hookworms caused by Tribendimidine at the dosage of 400mg taken orally in patients. The destructive effects culd be found in the body wall, gut, testis and ovary, especially on the cell membranes, nuclei and organelles. The ovary was usually destroydd seriously.
