摘要
目的 :观察尼莫地平 (NIM)对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉 1h、再灌注 2 4h模型 ,测各组大鼠脑组织亚细胞器丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、维生素E(VitE)的含量。结果 :脑缺血再灌注后脑组织亚细胞器MDA显著升高 ,SOD、VitE显著降低。NIM能显著改善这种情况。结论 :NIM对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 ,其机制与降低脑亚细胞器MDA、升高SOD。
Objective: To study the protective effects of nimodipine on acute cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury in the rats.Method: The animal model obtained by a 60 minute period of ligation of the bilateral common carotid arteries.Then MDA、SOD、Vit E were determined.Result: In the ischemica reperfusion group, MDA increased and SOD、Vit E decreased significantly in the cerebral subcellular organ. Nimodipine could improve these conditions.Conclusion: Nimodipine can protect the cerebral ischemic injury by decreasing MDA and increase SOD、Vit E in the cerebral subcellular organ.
