促凋亡基因bax在肝细胞癌的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Significance of proapoptosis gene bax in hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 :研究促凋亡基因bax在肝细胞癌 (HCC)的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化SP方法 ,检测 4 4例原发性肝细胞癌 (包括其中 2 2例肝癌伴肝硬化 )、肝硬变 2 0例和正常肝组织中bax蛋白的表达。结果 :bax阳性率在HCC为 2 .2 7% (1/ 4 4 )、肝硬变为 30 % (6 / 2 0 )和 10例正常肝组织为 5 0 % (5 / 10 )。结论 :肝癌与肝硬化之间以及肝癌与正常肝组织间均有显著差别P <0 .0 5 ,bax参与细胞凋亡的调节作用。

Objective:To investigate the expression of proapoptosis gene bax in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its clinical significance. Method:the expression of bax in 44 cases of HCC.20 cases of cirrhotic liver and 10 cases of normal liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Result:The positive rate of bax in HCC.cirrhotic liver and normal liver tissues was 2.27%(1/44).30%(6/20)and 50%(5/10)respectively. Conclusion: There were significant difference among them(P<0.05)and proapoptosis gene bax may be as role of participating apoptosis regulation.
