住院老年精神病人危险因素分析

The accidental risks analysis of old psychotic inpatients

目的 :探讨住院老年精神病人意外危险因素及相应的改进防范措施。方法 :对 2 76例 6 0岁以上住院精神病患者所出现的意外危险因素进行分析。结果 :2 76例老年精神病人中有 4 0例出现意外 ,占住院总人数的14 4 9% ,其中以药物所致的意外 2 0例 ,占 5 0 %居首位 ,不慎滑倒 12例 ,占 30 % ,吸入性肺炎 5例 ,占 12 5 % ,起床碰伤 3例 ,占 7 5 %。结论 :住院精神病人发生意外的频度较高 ,跟老年病人的功能衰退 ,对药物的耐受性降低 。

Objective:To explore the accidental risk of the old inpatients and Prevention Method: To Analyse 276 cases 60s years old inpatient who occurred some accident Result: In 276 cases of old inpatients, about 40 Cases presented accident, the proportion is 14 4% in the total inpatients,20 Cases presented accident caused by drug(50%) it is the largest proportion,caused damage by slipper 12 cases(30%), aspiration pneumonia 5 cases(12 5%)hit on the hard matter making injury 3 cases(7 5%) Conclusion: The accident appearing in the inpatients is very high,it connects with that the old patient's life function are decreased, they couldn′t tolerate the drug with a stronger effect, the ability of body′s metabolic clear function is low and some old patients damage caused by the equipment or the other accommodation which is not fit them.
