脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of CSF Replacement Combined with Intrathecal Injection Treating Tuberculous Meningitis

目的 探讨脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法 设治疗组和对照组 ,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率为 88.9% ,对照组则为 5 5 .9% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 本疗法对结核性脑膜炎有效且安全 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection on tuberculous meningitis.Method Two groups were set up,treatment group and the control one.The theraputic effects on both groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 88.9% and that of control one was 55.9%( P <0.05).Conclusions This kind of treatment is effective and safe to tuberculous meningitis.It is worthy to spreading clinicaly.
