摘要
目的 :为了研究和开发磷酸钙陶瓷混悬液可注射骨 ,对合作生产的 4种磷酸钙陶瓷颗粒细胞毒性进行了研究。方法 :将 4种磷酸钙陶瓷颗粒的浸提液与L92 9细胞接触 1、3、5d后 ,用酶联免疫仪在4 90nm波长下测定各孔光吸收值 ,计算细胞相对增值率 ,用六级毒性分类法评级 ,并进行形态学观察。结果 :培养期 4种浸提液培养的细胞均大量增殖 ,形态正常 ,毒性级为 0~ 1级。结论
AIM:To study the cytotoxicity of four calcium phosphate ceramic granules cooperatively produced for the study and development of calcium phosphate ceramic suspension. METHODS:To determine light absorption value of every hole under 490 nm with enzyme linked immunity instrument after 1 d, 3 d and 5 d of contact of four calcium phosphate ceramic infusion with L929 cells, and calculate the relative multiplication rate of cells, and evaluate them by six degree tests for cytotoxicity and proceed the morphological observation. RESULTS: The cells in four infusion multiplicate greatly and their morphology was normal and toxicity ranges from 0~1. CONCLUSION:Four calcium phosphate ceramic granules all have good biocompatibility.
