摘要
目的 :探讨一种适宜的修复牙体严重缺损的方法。方法 :复合树脂嵌体经离体光固化后再黏结修复 ,并与其它传统修复方法比较。结果 :1~ 1.5年临床效果显示 :离体光照优于在体光照、银汞合金充填或离子充填。结论
AIM:To study the clinical application of composite resin inlay cured by secondary multidimensional illumination in vitro to repair large area deep dental caries.METHODS:200 teeth with large area deep dental caries were divided into four groups:teeth of group one were repaired with the composite resin inlay cured by secondary multidimensional illumination;those of group two,with silver amalgam;those of group three,with light-cure composite resin;and those of group four,with glass ionic cement. The treated teeth were reexaminded from 1 to 1.5 years after operation. The integrity, marginal leakage and abrasion of the prosthesis were osbserved.RESULTS:The comprehensive effect of the composite resin inlay cured by secondary multidimensional illumination was better than that of the others.CONCLUSION:Repairing large area deep dental caries with the light-cure composite resin cured by secondary multidimensional illumination is a good method and is worthy to popularizie clinically.
