摘要 牙周病原菌的内毒素是公认的炎症启动因子 ,与牙周病的发生及发展关系密切。近年来的研究主要集中于内毒素的生物学活性 ,尤其是诱导细胞因子产生的能力 。 It′s believed that the lipopolysaccharide(LPS) of the main periodontopathic bacteria is initiate factor of the inflammatory reaction.Therefore, it plays an important role in the development of periodontitis. In recent years, the biological activity of LPS has been studied widely, especially its ability of induction of cytokines.Moreover, the role of LPS induced cell surface molecules activation and signal transduction by LPS-binding protein and CD14 becomes more and more attractive. [
