摘要 文章概述了我国城市照明的状况,通过氙气路灯EMC合同能源管理模式的节能改造,既达到了路灯节能减排的目的,又化解了地方政府在路灯节能中投入资金的举债风险,介绍了城市道路灯节能减排的具体措施,分析了高效节能氙气路灯的特点和节能效益,得出了在我国发展氙气路灯EMC合同能源管理的可行性结论,并对应用氙气路灯EMC合同能源管理模式的前景进行了展望。 This paper summarized the situation of urban lighting in China and introduced using xenon streetlight EMC ( Energy Management Contract) energy management mode to defuse government debt risk of streetlight energy saving transition. This paper also introduced the concrete measures of energy saving and CO2 emission reduction of urban street lighting and analyzed the energy saving benefits of high efficiency xenon light, and draw a feasible conclusion of developing xenon streetlight EMC energy management in China. Fi?nally, prospect of the future trends of the xenon streetlight EMC energy management was offered.
