浅析城市光污染对人体健康的影响及室内外防治措施

The Research of Effects on Human Health by Light Pollution and the Indoor and Outdoor Prevention Measures

近年城市光污染的问题逐渐加重,相关民事诉讼类案件频发。光污染持续影响城市居民的视觉系统与精神状态,会产生高温环境引发火灾,以及紫外线辐射损伤皮肤等问题。文章对光污染的特征、产生原因及防治措施进行归纳与总结。经研究发现,室外光污染主要由建筑外立面反光材料与夜晚人工照明过度造成,室内光污染与不恰当的装饰材料和不合理的灯光使用有关。结合以上研究结果尝试从法律法规的制定、建筑立面设计、灯光景观设计、室内设计等方面提供解决城市光污染问题的措施,以期为建成环境光污染治理、待建成环境光污染的预防提出有效建议,从而降低城市光污染的危害。

In recent years,the problem of urban light pollution has gradually increased,the relevant civil cases happening frequently.For light pollution continue to influence the city resident 's visual system and state of mind,may produce high temperature environment causing a fire,implicit ultraviolet radiation causing skin injury problems,classified and summarized the characteristics,causes and prevention measures of light pollution.The study found that:the outdoor light pollution is mainly caused by the external reflection of the building facade material and the night of artificial lighting,indoor light pollution is related to inappropriate decoration materials and unreasonable lighting use.Based on the above research results,the measures to solve the problem of urban light pollution from the source are provided from the aspects of the formulation of laws and regulations,the improvement of building facade design,the improvement of lighting landscape design,interior design and so on.In order to put forward effective proposals for the control of light pollution in built environment and prevention of light pollution in the building to be built,it is has certain practical value,so as to reduce the harm of urban light pollution.
