摘要
在众多的机动车安全检测技术和项目中,前照灯作为主动式照明系统,是机动车质量检测的一个重要项目。前照灯作为机动车夜间照明的主要电气设备,不但要提供机动车夜间行驶足够的照明,而且要防止给迎面车辆和行人造成眩目。检测项目中对前照灯的检测,包括了车灯生产线上的质量检测和整车检测。文章基于整车检测的工作方式,介绍了一种集光、机、电、算一体的汽车前照灯在线检测系统,利用CCD图像传感器对前照灯灯光图像进行采集,并利用数字图像处理技术对灯光图像进行处理,定位远光的最大发光强度区域和近光的明暗截止线,分析确认被检机动车灯具是否合格,为整车的设计提供数据支持。
Among many vehicle safety detection technologies and projects, headlamp as an active lighting system is an important item of vehicle quality detection. As the main electrical equipment for night lighting of motor vehicles, headlamp should not only provide enough lighting for driving at night, but also prevent dazzling to oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. The headlamp detection includes the quality inspection and vehicle detection of the lamp production line. The basic principles of the two methods are similar, but considering the different working methods on the spot, the detection methods are slightly different. This paper discusses the work mode based on vehicle detection. This paper introduces an on-line automobile headlamp detection system which integrates light, machine, electricity and computer. It uses CCD image sensor to collect the headlamp light image, and uses digital image processing technology to process the light image, locates the maximum luminous intensity area of far light and the light-dark cut-off line of near light. Confirm whether the motor vehicle luminaire is qualified, and provide data basis for vehicle design.
