摘要
针对马钢CSP加热炉氧化烧损率偏高制约生产线品质提升的问题,重点对炉内各段空气过剩系数做出了调整。在结合现场应用基础上,通过对炉内气氛进行残氧检测提出了调整CSP加热炉过量空气系数的方法,通过现场实绩表明,准确的调整加热炉的空气过剩系数能有效提升CSP加热炉的加热能力。
Aiming at the problem that the high oxidation loss rate of the CSP heating furnace of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,restricts the quality improvement of the production line,the excess air coefficient in each section of the furnace was mainly adjusted.Based on the combination of field application,the method of adjusting excess air coefficient of CSP heating furnace was put forward by detecting residual oxygen of atmosphere in the furnace and combining with field application.The on-site performance shows that the accurate adjustment of the air excess coefficient of the heating furnace can effectively improve the heating capacity of the CSP heating furnace.
