This article analyzed the problem of the personnel training mode by work-study combination,and furthermore,illustrate how to reasonably solve the problem based ion information technology,so that we could bring forth new ideas of the innovative mode by work study combination based on information technology.Thus,we can promote the efficiency of work study combination,push on its development,and improve quality of education.
