摘要
目的:研究仙鹤草对兔血压的影响。方法:用颈动脉插管法,连接MS2000多媒体生物信号记录系统,测定仙鹤草水提物和醇提物(相当于原药材0.75、1.5、3.0g/kg,iv)给药前及药后0.5、1.5、3、5、10min时的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和心率。结果:小剂量水提物降压作用不明显,但使心率加快,中、高剂量则使血压下降;3个剂量的醇提物均见血压下降,且中、高剂量组可见心率减慢;药后0.5~1.5min作用达高峰,3~5min后血压和心率基本恢复正常;醇提物对去甲肾上腺素和异丙肾上腺素的作用无明显影响,但阿托品能减弱其降压作用。结论:仙鹤草提取物能降低兔血压,且醇提物降压作用强于水提物。
Objective:To investigate the effect of water-extractive(WEX) and alcohol-extractive(AEX) of Xianhecao on the blood pressure in rabbits. Methods:By means of carotid artery intubation connecting MS2000 biological signal recording system, the systolic, diastolic and mean pressure as well as heart rate of rabbits were observed at 0.5,1.5,3,5,10min after given WEX or AEX (analogous to crude herb 0.75,1.5,3.0g/kg, iv). Results:The median and high doses of WEX reduced the blood pressure except the low dose which increased the heart rate. All the three doses of AEX obviously reduced the blood pressure, and the median and high doses obviously decreased the heart rate. Peak time of the effect was 0.5~1.5min after administration, and the blood pressure and heart rate returned to normal in 3~5min on the whole. AEX did not influence the effects of noradrenaline and isoprenaline, yet, atropine could weaken the effect of AEX. Conclusion:Xianhecao could reduce the blood pressure of rabbits, and the AEX is superior to the WEX.
