高效液相色谱法测定益寿养生液中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Yishou Yangsheng Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:研究益寿养生液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。以C18柱为色谱柱,乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为270nm,按外标法进行检测。结果:含量线性范围为0.1789～0.8944μg,r=0.9992,加样回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.60%。分离度良好,重现性较好。结论:方法简便,准确。

Objective:To establish a method of the determination of icarrin in Yishou Yangsheng oral Solution. Methods:Icariin was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonirile-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid (30∶70), The detection wavelength was set at 270nm. The external standard method was used. Results: The icariin sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.1789～0.8944μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery of the added sample was 97.4%, RSD was 1.60%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate.
