电动摩托车仿真平台EM-Sim的开发研究

摘要 EM-Sim通过建立有效的数学模型,使得在技术方案的选择阶段能够对各个候选子系统进行替换模拟仿真,迅速找到最佳方案,从而简化了原先需要准备各种规格候选零部件的工作,有助于为样车的制造和试验提供工程目标。系统集成的数据库为每个候选子系统提供了详细规格和设计参数,生产者可以通过仿真分析平台来比较选择最合适的配件,从而保证产品的质量。EM-Sim系统界面友好,可扩展性强,是设计人员进行产品性能仿真分析、方案决策的得力工具。 The modularity of EM-Sim makes it an easy-to-use simulation tool to quickly test different solutions to EM in terms of energy consumption and efficiency.In such a way the development of different solutions is easy to compare.cheap and safe before starting any experimental set-up.In addition, a database is integrated into Em-Sim system.Each new component can be inserted in a standard database and its data are automatically transferred to the Em-Sim tool.By the help of EM-Sim,producers can compare and choose the best suitable components to guarantee the quality of products. With its user-friendly GUI and wide extensibility,EM-Sim is a useful tool for designers to implement motorcycle performance simulation and project decision-making.
