摘要
从分析冻干食品生产加工过程,对其前处理、冻结、冻干、后包装四个阶段的能耗作了分析计算。其中冻干生产过程能耗所占比例较大。提出了降低能耗的一些建议和措施。
In the view of production process of t he frozen -dry foods,the energy consumption in the four stages including fore -treatment,freeze,freeze -dr ying and after -packing,is analyzed and calculated in this paper.Among t hese stages the proportion of the energy c onsumption in the process of frozen -drying production is the largest.Then some proposal and measure to reduce the en ergy consumption are advanced.
