针对水刺非织造布产品中的粘胶纤维在高温灭菌后白度大幅度下降的现象进行了分析 ,找出了纤维在高温灭菌后白度大幅度下降的主要原因 ,并针对其原因制定了相应的对策 ,有效地控制了纤维在高温灭菌后白度大幅度的下降 ,提高了产品的质量。

In the paper, the phenomenon of whiteness reducing of viscose fiber for spunlacing nonwovens product after disinfecting through high?temperature are analyzed. The reasons of fiber whiteness reducing after disinfecting through high temperature are found out and some relative methods are given out. The reducing of fiber whiteness after disinfecting through high?temperature is controlled effectively and the quality of product is improved in the meantime.
