摘要
针对乳酸钙中铁杂质含量较高,颜色偏黄的问题,选择8-羟基喹啉作萃取剂,利用溶剂萃取法除去乳酸钙中的铁杂质,并优化了萃取条件。结果表明,该方法能有效去除乳酸钙中的铁杂质,使其含量降到0.001%,远远低于药典的要求,且该萃取条件与乳酸钙的生产条件相近,利于工业应用。
Iron,the impurity,can be removed by the solvent extraction from calcium lactate.The8-hydroxyquinoline was used as extractant and the extraction operation condition was optimized.The problems that the calcium lactate products have hig h impurity content of iron and tincture of yellow were solved.It sug g ests that extraction methods can remove the impurity in the calcium lactate effectively and the content of the iron was reduced to0.001%,far below the codex's level.The extraction condition was compatible to the manufacture condition of calcium lactate and was applicable to industrial production.
