摘要
本文研究了用阿拉伯树胶(ArG)代替聚乙烯醇(PVA—124),与Tritonx—100共存下的BiI^-_4和碱性染料丁基罗丹明B(BRB)显色体系。结果表明,该缔合物的表观摩尔吸光系数在λ_(max)=600nm,ε_(600nm)=1.84×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),为现有水相光度法中灵敏度最高值。Bi(Ⅲ)含量在0~1.6μg/25ml范围内符合Beer定律。同时,作了水质、试剂和人工混合液中铋的回收试验。稳定性和回收率较PVA—Tritonx—100体系有所提高,结果尚满意。
The Color system of BiI_4^- with Butyl Rodamin B in the presence of ArG and Tritonχ-100 has been investigated. The formal molar absorptivity of this system has improved obviously, the highest value is ε_(600nm)=1.84×10~6l·mol^(-1)cm^(-1) Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.6μg Bi^(3+)/25ml. The recovery data of Bi in water samples, reagents and artificial mixed solutions are presented. The stability and recovery of the system are better than that in PVA-124-Tritonx-100 system. And may be concluded it is a more satisfied method.
