主要阐述了多功能储能式桥丝自动焊接机的原理、结构及其应用。所研制的焊接机实现了无焊剂、多功能、8道工序连续化、自动化,改进了电雷管的生产工艺,提高了产品质量,降低了劳动强度,解决了电雷管桥丝无焊剂自动焊接这一难题。

This paper mainly describes the principle, structure and application of multi-functional bridge type into stored energy welding machine. The developed welding machine has fulfilled the technical requirement of without solder, multi-function, 8 continuous process as well as automation. The welding machine develop has improved the manufacturing technology of electric detonator, increased the quality of products, decreased the labour intensity, and solved the difficult problem of auto welding for bridge without solder.
