闪烁征在超声诊断结石中的应用及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 闪烁征是指应用彩色多普勒观察到的位于结石强回声后方的红蓝镶嵌快速闪烁变化的彩色伪像。近年来,闪烁征对超声诊断结石的价值越来越受到关注,同时其在判定钙化灶等方面具有潜能,未来也可能成为监控超声空化效应的重要方向。本文就闪烁征的发现、产生机制、影响因素、临床应用及未来发展方向做一综述。 The twinkling artifact(TA) appears as a dynamic color mosaic behind the hyperechoic region of hard objects in a color-Doppler ultrasound display. Recently,TA has attracted lots of attention not only in the diagnosis of calculi,but also the potentiality of detecting calcification and monitoring ultrasound cavitation in the future. This paper reviews the discovery,mechanism,influencing factors,clinical application and future development of TA.
