摘要
目的探讨应用声脉冲辐射力成像技术测量正常新生儿/婴儿肝脏剪切波速度(SWV)的可行性。方法 42例正常新生儿/婴儿按月龄分为0~6个月组(24例)和6~12个月组(18例),测量两组SWV,其中30例在不同取样深度(1.5 cm、2.5 cm、3.5 cm)进行测量,结果进行统计分析。结果 142例正常新生儿/婴儿肝脏SWV为(1.05±0.12)m/s;20~6个月组肝脏SWV为(1.03±0.10)m/s,6~12个月组肝脏SWV为(1.06±0.10)m/s,差异无统计学意义;3不同取样深度(1.5 cm、2.5 cm、3.5 cm)所测SWV之间差异无统计学意义。结论应用声脉冲辐射力成像技术测量正常新生儿/婴儿肝脏SWV是可行的。
Objective To explore the feasibility of shear wave velocity( SWV) measurement in normal neonatal/infantile by acoustic radiation force impulse. Methods Forty-two normal neonatal/infantile were divided into 0~6months old group(n=24) and 6~12 months old group(n=18),and SWV was measured. In 30 normal neonatal/infantile,measurements were done at 1.5 cm,2.5 cm and 3.5 cm depth,and the results were statistically analyzed. Conclusion It is feasible to measure the SWV of normal neonatal/infantile liver by acoustic radiation force impulse.
