梅尼埃病是一种以反复发作性眩晕、波动性感音神经性听力损失、耳鸣和耳闷胀感为典型临床表现的特发性内耳疾病。梅尼埃病的发病机制至今还存在争议,普遍认为其病理生理机制与膜迷路积水密切相关。梅尼埃病经常被描述为是一种自发性多因素导致的疾病,其可能的病因包括创伤、病毒感染、代谢紊乱、自身免疫性因素以及过敏反应。近些年来,越来越多的学者认为过敏反应与梅尼埃病可能相关。

Meniere’s disease is a clinical syndrome that consists of episodes of spontaneous vertigo usually associated with unilateral fluctuating sensorineural hearing loss,tinnitus,and aural fullness.The pathogenesis remains unknown,and the underlying pathophysiologic state in Meniere’s disease is endolymphatic hydrops.Allergy is thought to be one of the etiologic factors.The present study examined whether subjects with Meniere’s disease have pathological immune reaction related to typeⅠallergy.
