泪前隐窝入路口腔-上颌窦瘘修补术 被引量：2

Repair of oroantral fistula via anterior lacrimal recess approach

摘要 口腔和上颌窦底壁关系密切,牙齿感染常会继发上颌窦炎症,在病牙拔除后容易出现口腔-上颌窦瘘,除部分极小瘘口可自行愈合外,绝大多数瘘口无法自愈,食物残渣可经此瘘道进入上颌窦继发持续性炎症,因此口腔-上颌窦瘘均须修补处理。
