慢性阻塞性肺病及吸烟人群血清MMP-9、NGAL、MMP-9/NGAL前体及中性白细胞弹性蛋白酶水平变化

Changes of serum MMP-9,NGAL,pro MMP-9/NGAL and neutrophil elastase levels in smokers and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients

目的确定吸烟情况对慢性阻塞性肺病(慢阻肺)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、中性粒细胞明胶酶蛋白(NGAL)、MMP-9/NGAL前体及中性白细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)水平的影响。方法在80名慢性阻塞性肺病患者(65名吸烟者,15名不吸烟者)和35名健康成年人(26名吸烟者,7名不吸烟者)中收集血清样本,随后进行ELISA测定血清样本中研究因子的水平。结果在患有慢阻肺的吸烟者中,MMP-9、NGAL和MMP-9/NGAL水平明显升高。此外,患有慢阻肺的吸烟者与健康的吸烟者相比,NE和MMP-3水平显著增高。结论 MMP-9、NGAL、MMP-9/NGAL和NE的血清水平能够反应与吸烟有关的慢阻肺患者的全身炎症状态。

Objective To determine whether the smoking status has an impact on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9),neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin( NGAL),precursor of MMP-9/NGAL and neutrophil elastase( NE) level in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) patients. Methods Serum samples were collected in 80 COPD patients( 65 smokers,15 non-smokers) and 35 healthy adults( 26 smokers,7 non-smokers). It used ELISA to measure the serum related factors level. Results The levels of MMP-9,NGAL and MMP-9/NGAL were significantly increased in smokers with COPD. In addition,the significantly elevated serum level of NE and MMP-3 were observed in smokers with COPD when compared with the healthy smokers. Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-9,NGAL,pro MMP-9/NGAL and NE can reflect the state of systemic inflammation in smoking-related COPD patients.
