维吾尔族三阴性乳腺癌MR早期强化率、ADC值与Ki-67相关性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Correlation MR Early Enhancement Rate,ADC Value and Ki-67 of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer in Uygur

摘要 目的分析维吾尔族三阴性乳腺癌MR早期强化率、ADC值与预后因子Ki-67的相关性,探讨早期强化率、ADC值评价维吾尔族三阴性乳腺癌恶性程度的价值。方法搜集行MRI检查并经病理证实的三阴性乳腺癌患者97例,按族别分为维吾尔族组(28例)和汉族组(69例)进行统计学对照分析,采用Spearman等级相关分析汉族、维吾尔族三阴性乳腺癌早期强化率、ADC值及其与Ki-67相关性。结果维吾尔族组较汉族组表现更高的早期强化率(t=2. 373,P=0. 02),维吾尔族组与汉族组ADC值及Ki-67差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0. 05),维吾尔族及汉族组的早期强化率与Ki-67呈明显正相关(r=0. 485,r=0. 281,P均<0. 05)。维吾尔族及汉族组ADC值与Ki-67呈负相关(r=-0. 467,r=-0. 356,P均<0. 05),表明Ki-67指数越高,ADC值越低。结论早期强化率、ADC值等定量指标能够评价维吾尔族三阴性乳腺癌的生物学行为,为指导临床治疗提供重要的参考信息。 Objective To analyze the correlation between MR early enhancement rate,ADC value and prognostic factor Ki-67 of Triple-Negative breast cancer in Uygur,and to explore the value of early enhancement rate and ADC value in evaluating of the malignant degree of Triple-Negative breast cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients underwent MRI examination at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and confirmed by pathology as Triple-Negative breast cancer from January 2013 to May 2017 were divided into Uygur( 28 cases) and Han( 69 cases) according to ethnic groups were enrolled. Spearman correlation test was used to analyze the rate of early enhancement,ADC value and its correlation with Ki-67 index in Han and Uygur. Results The early enhancement rate of the Uygur group was higher than that of the Han group( t = 2. 373,P = 0. 02),There was no significant difference in ADC value,Ki-67 between Han group and Uygur group( P > 0. 05). The early enhancement rates of the two groups were positively correlated with Ki-67 index( r = 0. 485,r = 0. 281,P < 0. 05). The ADC value of the Han group and the Uygur group were negatively correlated with the prognostic factor Ki-67( r =-0. 467,r =-0. 356,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The early enhancement rate and ADC value can evaluate the biological behavior of Uygur Triple-Negative breast cancer,and provide important information for guiding clinical treatment.
