增强T_2-FLAIR序列在儿童脑膜炎诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

The Value of Enhanced T_2-FLAIR Sequence in the Diagnosis of Meningitis in Children

摘要 目的分析增强液体衰减反转恢复(T_2-FLAIR)序列在诊断儿童感染性脑膜炎的应用价值。方法搜集38例临床确诊为脑膜炎患儿的MRI资料,由两名医师对比分析增强T_1WI及T_2-FLAIR图像显示脑膜强化的效能并评分,对评分做Wilcoxon符号秩检验。结果增强T_2-FLAIR序列显示脑膜强化较增强T_1WI范围广,信号高,对显示脑膜炎脑膜强化十分敏感,评分明显高于增强T_1WI序列。结论增强T_2-FLAIR序列较T_1WI能够明显提升诊断脑膜炎信心,是儿童脑膜炎患儿首选检查序列。 Objective To analyze the application value of enhanced fluid attenuated inversion recovery(T2-FLAIR)sequence in the diagnosis of infectious meningitis in children.Methods The magnetic resonance imaging data of 38 children diagnosed with meningitis from January to November 2017 were collected.Two doctors compared enhanced T1WI and T2-FLAIR images to show the efficacy and score of meningeal enhancement.Wilcoxon-Rank test was used for scoring.Results The enhanced T2-FLAIR sequence showed that the meningeal enhancement was more extensive than the enhanced T1WI,and the signal was high.It was very sensitive to meningitis and the score was significantly higher than that of the enhanced T1WI sequence.Conclusion The enhanced T2-FLAIR sequence can significantly improve the confidence of meningitis compared with T1WI.It is the first choice for children with meningitis.
