摘要
目的采用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)低频振幅(ALFF)方法研究急性脑干梗死后脑功能的变化。方法搜集急性脑干梗死患者与正常志愿者各11例,分别进行rs-fMRI扫描,采用ALFF的方法分析脑区的活动情况,并通过两独立样本t检验比较两组ALFF值的差异。结果急性脑干梗死组较对照组ALFF值增高的脑区为右侧梭状回及左侧颞中回(P<0.05);ALFF值降低区域为前额叶(P<0.05)。结论急性脑干梗死后大脑功能出现异常,提示脑干梗死后大脑存在适应和重构的能力,ALFF可为脑梗死的脑功能研究提供思路。
Objective To research the changes of brain function after acute brainstem infarction by using the ALFF of rs-fMRI.Methods 11 patients with acute brainstem infarction and 11 normal volunteers were selected to perform rs-fMRI scanning.Brain activities were observed by using ALFF method and the differences between the two groups were compared by using two samples t-Test analysis.Results Compared to the normal control group,increased areas by using ALFF in the acute brainstem infarction group contain the right fusiform gyrus and the left temporal gyrus(P<0.05);decreased areas contain the frontal lobe(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal brain function after acute brainstem infarction suggests that the brain has the ability to adapt and reconstruct after brainstem infarction,and ALFF can provide new ideas for the research of brain infarction.
