基于mDIXON-quant的腰椎骨髓脂肪含量与性别、年龄、体重指数、腰围及内脏脂肪的相关性 被引量:9

Correlation of Lumbar Bone Marrow Fat Content with Gender,Age,Body Mass Index,Waistline and Visceral Adipose Tissue by Using mDIXON-quant

摘要 目的初步探讨基于改良水-脂分离技术(mDIXON-quant)测量腰椎骨髓脂肪含量与性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、腰围和内脏脂肪(VAT)的相关性,以加深对腰椎骨髓脂肪含量的认识。方法纳入120例志愿者(女60例,男60例),测量身高、体重,计算BMI,记录腰围,用定量CT(QCT)测量L3椎体层面的VAT。用mDIXONquant测量L3椎体骨髓脂肪分数(FF)。对L3椎体FF值与性别、年龄、BMI、腰围及VAT进行多元线性回归分析;对不同性别组L3椎体FF值与年龄、BMI、腰围、VAT分别行Pearson相关性分析。结果多元线性回归分析示年龄与椎体FF值关系密切(P <0. 05),性别、BMI、腰围及VAT与椎体FF值均不相关(P> 0. 05)。男女性L3椎体的FF值比较无统计学差异(t=0. 337,P> 0. 05)。年龄> 50岁以上女性L3椎体FF值显著高于≤50岁的女性(t=-6. 558,P <0. 05)。女性L3椎体的FF值与年龄、BMI、腰围、VAT相关(r值分别为0. 715、0. 379、0. 481、0. 507,P<0. 05)。而男性L3椎体FF值与年龄、BMI、腰围、VAT相关(r值分别为0. 450、0. 323、0. 456、0. 485,P <0. 05)。控制年龄因素后,女性L3椎体的FF值与BMI、腰围、VAT均不相关(P> 0. 05);男性L3椎体的FF值仍与BMI、腰围、VAT均相关(r值分别为0. 340、0. 412、0. 391,P <0. 05)。结论女性腰椎骨髓脂肪含量与年龄、BMI、腰围、VAT均相关,但年龄相关性最强。男性腰椎骨髓脂肪含量与年龄、BMI、腰围、VAT均相关,相关性最高的是VAT,其次是腰围,年龄次之。肥胖对男性椎体骨髓脂肪沉积的影响较女性更为明显。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the lumbar vertebral bone marrow fat content and gender,age,body mass index,waistline,and visceral adipose tissue(VAT)by using mDIXON-quant.It may be helpful to deepen the understanding the lumbar vertebral bone marrow fat content.Methods 120 volunteers(60 males and 60 females)were evaluated for this study.The height,weight and waistline were measured,and the body mass index was calculated.Quantitative CT was also perfomed for the measurement of abdominal visceral adipose tissue(VAT)of L3.And the measurement of FF values was performed on L3 vertebrae body by using mDIXON-quant.Multiple linear regression between the FF and the gender,age,body mass index,waistline and visceral adipose tissue(VAT).The correlation between FF of L3 and age,body mass index,waistline,and visceral adipose tissue(VAT)were analyzed in different genders.Results Multiple linear regression showed the age and FF had significant difference(P<0.05),the gender,BMI and VAT had no significant difference(P>0.05).The FF of L3 showed no signifcant difference between males and females(t=0.337 P>0.05).The FF of the age>50 year-old group was significantly higher than the age≤50 year-old group(t=-6.558 P<0.05)in females.The coefficient of determination between FF and age,body mass index,waistline,and VAT were(r=0.715,0.379,0.481,0.507,P<0.05)in females and(r=0.450,0.323,0.456,0.485,P<0.05)in males.Controlling the age,there was not correlation between FF and age,body mass index,waistline,and VAT in females(P>0.05).And the coefficient of determination between FF and body mass index,waistline,and VAT are(r=0.340,0.412,0.391,P<0.05)in males.Conclusion The lumbar vertebral bone marrow fat content was correlated with age,body mass index,waistline,and visceral adipose tissue both in females and males.The strongest correlation was age in females and visceral adipose tissue,followed by waistline,and age in males.The effect of obesity on bone marrow fat content in males was more obvious than in females.
