Preliminary Application of MRI in Diagnosing Suprascapular Nerve Compression Caused by Spinoglenoid Notch Cyst

摘要 目的探讨MRI在冈盂切迹囊肿(SNC)所致肩胛上神经(SSN)卡压诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的SNC患者的MRI图像,分析10例患者和10名健康志愿者的肩关节MRI图像特征。结果 10例SNC均发生于冈盂切迹处,6例在斜矢状位脂肪抑制质子密度加权成像(PDWI)上发现受压迫的SSN。10例SNC均表现为T1WI低信号,脂肪抑制PDWI高信号。在斜矢状位脂肪抑制PDWI像,10名健康志愿者均见高信号的肩胛上神经血管束。结论 MRI对SNC的定位和定性诊断具有重要价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosing suprascapular nerve(SSN)compression caused by spinoglenoid notch cyst(SNC).Methods MRI data of 10 cases of SNC confirmed by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively.Megnetic resonance imaging of the shoulders in 10 patients and 10 healthy volunteers were analyzed.Results All 10 SNC located in spinoglenoid notch.On oblique sagittal fat-suppressed PDWI,suprascapular nerve compressed by SNC could be discovered in 6 cases.All 10 SNC displayed hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on fat-suppressed PDWI.On oblique sagittal fat-suppressed PDWI planes of the 10 normal shoulders,suprascapular neurovascular bundle,which was hyperintense,could be displayed clearly.Conclusion MRI can provide accurate location and characteristic diagnosis of SNC.
