从办学定位、供求错位、人才培养与企业联系几方面分析了江西高校在制造专业人才培养方面存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题在正确办学定位,培养目标,培养过程,培养评价,努力培养创新型制造专业人才,形成新专业和形成地方特色,构建'产学研用'新模式、建设高素质的高校制造专业人才队伍几方面提出了相应的对策。

This article analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of manufacturing professionals in Jiangxi colleges and universities from the aspects of school positioning,mismatch of supply and demand,personnel training and corporate contacts.It also aims at the existing problems in the correct school orientation,training objectives,training process,training evaluation,and strive to cultivate innovative manufacturing professionals,form new professions and form local characteristics,the construction of a new model of'production,research,and application'and the construction of a high-quality professional manufacturing team of colleges and universities have put forward corresponding countermeasures.
