脑卒中患者康复期家庭病床护理模式的效果观察

Effects Observation of the Family Nursing Model on Stroke Patients during Convalescence

目的观察家庭病床护理模式对康复期脑卒中患者功能恢复的效果。方法将72例康复期脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各36例。在规范的药物干预和常规的知识教育基础上,干预组予电话回访、家庭访视、健康知识教育、行为训练指导、心理护理、预防并发症护理指导等干预。对照组给予常规出院指导。在出院时和出院12周后,分别采用Barthel指数(BI)、简化Fugl-meyer量表(FMA)进行评定。结果干预组在出院12周后,BI、FMA评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论家庭病床护理模式能有效提高康复期脑卒中患者的运动功能,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of the Family nursing model on functional recovery of stroke patients during convalescence.Methods 72 stroke patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly.Besides normal medicine and general knowledge education,intervention group received health education,rehabilitation treatment guidance,psychological nursing and prevention of complications guidance.The control group was given to conventional discharge guidance.They were assessed with the Barthel Index(BI)and Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)when discharged and 12 weeks after discharged.Results The scorer of BI and FMA of the intervention group were higher then the control group(P<0.05),after 12 weeks of treatment.ConclusionThe family nursing model may enhance the motor function of stoke patient effectively,and improve the quality of life.
