摘要
提出以齿条取代滚刀的等价加工模型,通过分析每个瞬时齿条刀和齿坯位置关系来记录齿条在轮坯上留下的痕迹并进行曲线族包络,从而得到被加工齿轮的齿廓.应用VisualBasic6.0进行程序设计,对滚齿过程进行正常和有误差情况下的加工模拟和分析,验证了建模方法的正确性.
In gearhobbing simulation,it is most difficult to mathematically describe and modeling the relations of the hobbing cutter and the work in space and in motion.An equivalent model is proposed by replacing hobbing cutter with gear rack.In modeling,we should analyze instantaneous relationship of the rack and the work in position,and record each rack track projecting upon the work into several data documents,and then we'll obtain the tooth shapes of the gear work through the curve enveloping method.The idea above is applied to the simulation system design and tested by programming in visual basic 6.0 software language,and consequently approved to be correct and valuable.
