4种不同方法用于院内感染肺炎克雷伯菌菌株同源性分析的价值比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较不同同源性方法对暴发感染的菌株进行同源性分析的价值。方法用肠杆菌科基因间重复序列-聚合酶链反应(ERIC-PCR)、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)对福建省立医院儿科ICU 1个月内7名新生儿患者检出的15株肺炎克雷伯菌进行同源性分析,并用多位点序列分析(MLST)进行菌株ST分型。结果15株肺炎克雷伯菌经ERIC-PCR分为a类(7株)、b类(7株)和c类(1株); PFGE分为A类(7株)、B类(1株)和C类(7株); MALDI-TOF MS分为Ⅰ类(7株)、Ⅱ类(7株)和Ⅲ类(1株); MLST将菌株分为3个ST型:ST37(7株)、新型ST3006(7株)(gap A 69,inf B 19,mdh 90,pgi 20,pho E 125,rpo B 18,新型ton B 406)和ST1224(1株)。结论 MALDI-TOF MS可用于院内感染肺炎克雷伯菌菌株的同源性分析,与ERIC-PCR、PFGE和MLST方法一致性较好,并具有便捷、快速等特点。
