新型载冷剂与乙二醇水溶液在制冷系统中的水力特性和传热性能对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文将一种新型载冷剂(SH-4)和乙二醇水溶液进行对比分析,比较四种温度下两种载冷剂的水力特性和传热性能。计算结果表明在相同流量下,温度分别为0℃、-10℃、-20℃和-30℃时:SH-4载冷剂的摩擦阻力损失较乙二醇水溶液(质量浓度不同)平均小0.9%、-2.0%、1.5%和5.8%;换热量较乙二醇水溶液大4.4%、6.8%、4.2%和4.4%。 In this paper,a new type of secondary refrigerant SH-4 and Ethylene glycol aqueous solution are compared and analyzed.The hydraulic characteristics and heat transfer performance of the two kinds of secondary refrigerant at four temperatures are compared.The calculation results show that the friction resistance loss of SH-4 secondary refrigerant is 0.9%,-2.0%,-1.5%and 5.8%smaller than that of ethylene glycol aqueous solution(with different mass concentrations)at the same flow rate and temperatures of0℃,10℃,20℃and 30℃,respectively,and the heat exchange amount is 4.4%,6.8%,4.2%and 4.4%greater than that of ethylene glycol aqueous solution.
