摘要
由于蒸发式冷凝器冷凝盘管表面水流速度慢、水温高、蒸发率高等导致易结垢,且难于控制。本文通过实际工程改造采用电化学处理技术(ECT),去除水中的结垢因子并控制微生物繁殖和白锈腐蚀,并与化学处理法进行对比,发现电化学处理的循环水质各项指标明显优于化学法处理的水质。
Due to the slow water flow rate,high water temperature and high evaporation rate of the evaporating condenser condensing coil,it is easy to scale and difficult to control.In this paper,electrochemical treatment(ECT)is used to remove scale factors in water and control microbial growth and white rust corrosion.Compared with the chemical treatment method,it is found that the indexes of the circulating water quality of the electrochemical treatment are obviously superior to those of the chemical treatment.
