摘要
基于带闪蒸器的两级节流中间不完全冷却蒸气压缩式制冷循环数学模型,对制冷工质R410A、R32、R290、R134a和R404A在两种典型空调工况下的制冷量、性能系数、高低压级容积比、相对单级制冷循环的制冷量提升幅度、相对单级制冷循环的性能系数提升幅度进行对比分析,分析了上述5种制冷剂的各参数在两种典型空调工况下的变化规律,为双级压缩机的设计开发提供指导。
Base on the mathematical model of two throttle intermediate with flash device incomplete cooling vapor compression refrigeration cycle,this paper calculated the refrigeration capacity,Coefficient of Performance,volume ratio,relative cooling capacity of single-stage refrigeration cycle increases,the relative coefficient of single-stage refrigeration cycle of refrigerants including R410 A,R32,R290,R134 a and R404 A in two kinds of typical air-conditioning condition.It is found that refrigerating capacity,Coefficient of Performance and the optimal displacement ratio of two-stage compression incomplete cooling cycle is different for the five different refrigerants.This result is useful for designing two-stage computer with vapor injection using different refrigerants under varies situations.
