摘要
从冷冻冷藏行业的环保和安全双重要求出发,本文首先探讨了NH3、CO2、R290和其它制冷剂的特点,并指出了NH3/CO2复合制冷技术基础上的NH3进一步减量化技术是未来冷冻冷藏行业的发展趋势。通过降低储液器的容积、优化供液方式、精细化设计系统管路降低系统的充注量,通过压缩机、压缩机油路附属设备、冷凝器以及冷凝蒸发器优化设计,进一步降低各子部件的充注量,实现极低的NH3充注量设计。
In view of the dual requirements of environmental protection and safety,this paper first discusses the characteristics of NH3,CO2,R290 and other refrigerants,and points out that the further reduction of NH3 charging technology based on NH3/CO2 composite refrigeration technology is the future trend of cold storage.Firstly reduce the system’s charge by reducing the volume of the reservoir,optimizing the liquid supply mode,refining the design system piping,and then optimizing the compressor,compressor oil circuit attachments,condensers and condensing evaporators to enables an extremely low NH3 charge.
