内燃机气缸孔位置度误差测量方法和模型研究

On Measuring Technique and Mathematical Model of Position Errors of Internal-Combustion Engine Cylinders

针对内燃机缸孔位置度误差的测量要求 ,研究了四缸孔位置度的测量方法 ,建立了其误差测评的数学模型 ,并在此基础上研制了用于四缸内燃机缸孔位置度测量的专用测量仪器。该测量仪器在工厂使用中 ,取得了满意的测量效果。

According to the requirements of testing position errors for a cylinder of internal-combustion engine, the testing method of position errors for four cylinders has been studied, a mathematical model to evaluate the errors of this instrument has been worked out. Based on these theory, a special instrument used for measuring position errors of cylinders of internal-combustion engine with four cylinders has been developed by authors. The measuring instrument is used in factories with satisfactory results.
