新型复合树脂聚合收缩应力的研究 被引量:4

Polymerization composite shrinkage stress effects of light curing composite resin incorporating a novel monovinyl acrylates monomer

摘要 目的:评价新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体改性光固化树脂的聚合收缩应力。方法:将新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂[2-(苯基氨基甲醛基)氧乙基甲基丙烯酸酯]作为稀释剂合成复合树脂作为实验组(Ep),双甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA)作为稀释剂合成复合树脂作为对照组1(Co1),另外选取Tentric N-Ceram,Neofil,GC纳米幻彩分别作为对照组2(Co2),对照组3(Co3)和对照组4(Co4),并用万能实验机测量5组复合树脂的聚合收缩应力,比较树脂聚合收缩应力值。结果:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体作为稀释剂的实验组(Ep)树脂的聚合收缩应力与对照组1(Co1)差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),和其他3种树脂之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:新型单乙烯基丙烯酸树脂单体作为稀释剂降低了复合树脂的聚合收缩应力,具有临床应用前景。 Objective: To evaluate the polymerization shrinkage stress of light curing composite resin incorporating new monovinyl acrylates monomer. Methods: New monovinyl acrylates monomer was incorporated into traditional composite resin as an experimental group( Ep) . The composite resin used TEGDMA served as a control group 1( Co1) . Another three composite resin Tentric N-Ceram,Neofil,GC were selectded as a control group 2 ~ 4 respectively( Co2 ~ 4) . The universal testing machine was used to determine the polymerization shrinkage stress of the five composite resin. Results: The polymerization shrinkage stress of the light curing composite resin incorporating new monovinyl acrylates monomer decreased comparing with the control group 1. There were no significant differences in polymerization shrinkage stress between the experimental group and the control group 2 ~ 4,respectively( P>0. 05) . Conclusion: The incorporation of the monovinyl acrylates monomer possessed the potential to replace TEGDMA as a reactive diluent in dental resin that display a favorable and unique combination of properties that with its value in clinical application.
