白细胞介素-1与种植体周围病相关性的Meta分析 被引量:6

The meta-analysis of the correlation between interleukin-1 and peri-implant diseases

摘要 目的:采用Meta分析评价白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)与种植体周围病的相关性。方法:检索PubMed、Ovid、EBSCOhost、Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国知网数据库,检索年限为建库至2018年9月,检索种植体周围炎和IL-1的相关文献,共检索到207篇文献,由两位研究人员严格按照纳入排除标准对文献进行筛选,质量评价后提取数据,采用Rev Man 5. 3软件对相关研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:种植体周围炎组IL-1β含量高于健康种植体组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 00001);种植体周围黏膜炎组IL-1β含量高于健康种植体组,差异有统计学意义(P=0. 04)。种植体周围炎组与种植体周围黏膜炎组IL-1β含量差异无统计学意义(P=0. 47);健康牙组与健康种植体组IL-1β含量差异无统计学意义(P=0. 08)。结论:种植体周龈沟液中IL-1β含量可以用来协助早期诊断种植体周围病,并且炎症一旦发生,其含量在种植体周围炎和种植体周围黏膜炎并无差异。 Objective: Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between interleukin-1( IL-1) and peri-implant diseases. Methods: Databases including Pubmedline,Ovid,EBSCOhost,Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials,VIP,CBM,Wanfang data-base and CNKI were searched from inception to September 2018 for case-control study on interleukin-1 and peri-implantitis. Totally 207 literatures were retrieved. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,these studies were screened,the data were extracted,and the methodological quality of the included studies was assessed. The meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man5. 3 software. Results: Meta-analysis results showed that the content of IL-1β in periimplantitis group was higher than that in healthy implant group,there was significantly different( P<0. 00001). The content of IL-1β in peri-implant mucositis group was higher than that in healthy implant group,there was significantly different( P =0. 04). There was no significant difference in the content of IL-1β between peri-implantitis group and peri-implant mucositis group( P = 0. 47). There was no significant difference in IL-1β content between healthy teeth group and healthy implant group( P=0. 08). Conclusion: The content of IL-1β in peri-implant crevicular fluid can be used to early diagnosis of peri-implant diseases. Once inflammation occurs,the content of IL-1β have no difference between peri-implantitis and peri-implant mucositis.
